1. Any Techminati Member who has been registered with us for more than 24 hrs is eligible to sell their products or services in the Techminati Marketplace.
2. Your sales MUST include a FULL description of your product or service, price, validity, your accepted payment methods, your guarantee and refund policies as well as any other relevant information.
3. Once your sales has been approved, paid for and published you may NOT make any significant changes to it. This especially applies to adding any additional products or services to it without having received prior permission from staffs. Anyone found breaking this rule will firstly be issued with a warning and if they do it again they will be banned permanently from Techminati.
4. The following products and services are NOT allowed to be sold in the Techminati Marketplace...
5. All payments for sales are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE and any member instigating a chargeback against Techminati will be permanently banned from the forums.
6. All sellers should try to be active on Techminati at least once a day. In the event that a seller has been inactive for 4 days or longer their sales thread(s) will be locked until such time they return and request a member of Admin staff to unlock. If you know that you are going to be unavailable for a few days please let staffs know.
7. Sellers may "bump" their sales thread ONCE every 24 hours but anymore than that will result in a warning and then a ban if repeated. However replies to customer queries/comments do NOT count as a "bump" but make sure to use the multi quote function when replying to several outstanding ones at the same time.
8. The Techminati Marketplace is a feature to allow transactions between members and Techminati is not responsible for anything that happens or goes wrong once the transaction has been completed. All purchases you make from the Techminati Marketplace are at your own risk therefore you should thoroughly research the buyer and their offer before purchasing and we would recommend paying using a method that you can claim your money back if something goes wrong. Crypto is allowed but using this is at your own risk. Techminati staff cannot and will not help you get your money back if you are scammed, but we will ban any scammers.

- Nulled themes, plugins, scripts etc (Unless approved by staffs).
- Cracked Windows/Mac software.
- Single product licences from Themeforest & Codecanyon.
- Any software product keys including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office & Windows etc.
- Cracked accounts such as Netflix, VPN Services, Amazon Prime etc. In addition selling shared "seats" on such services is not allowed.
- Google Products such as GSuite accounts, unlimited Google Drive accounts etc.
- Anything obtained using fraudulent or illegal methods.
